Taeguek Il Jang (Heaven) #1

 

Junbi Form

 1- Turn left 90 degrees into a right back walking forward stance, do a left low block.

 2- Step forward into a left back walking forward stance, do a right middle punch.

 3- Turn right 180 degrees into a left back walking forward stance, do a right low block.

 4- Step forward into a right back walking forward stance, do a left middle punch.

 5- Turn left 90 degrees into a right back walking forward stance, do a left low block and follow with a right reverse punch.

 6- Pivot right 90 degrees, do a left reverse inside middle block, step forward into a right back walking forward stance, do a right reverse punch.

 7- Turn left 180 degrees, do a right reverse inside middle block, step forward into a left back walking forward stance, do a left reverse middle punch.

 8- Turn right 90 degrees into a left back walking forward stance, do a right low block, follow with a left middle punch.

 9- Pivot left 90 degrees into a right back walking forward stance, do a left high block, follow with a right front kick coming down into an extended forward stance, do a right middle punch.

 10- Turn right 180 degrees into a left back walking forward stance, do a right high block,

follow with a left front kick coming down into an extended forward stance, do a left middle punch.

 11- Step with your left foot 90 degrees to the right into a right back walking forward stance and do a left low block, step forward into a left back walking forward stance, do a middle punch and kihap!

 12- Return to the ready position.

 Taeguek Yee Jang (Strength) #2

 Junbi Form 

1- Turn left 90 degrees into a right back walking forward stance, do a left low block. 

2- Step forward into an extended forward stance, do a right high punch. 

3- Turn right 180 degrees into a left back walking forward stance, do a right low block. 

4- Step forward into an extended forward stance, do a left high punch. 

5- Turn left 90 degrees into a right back walking forward stance, do a right reverse inside middle block. 

6- Step forward into a left back walking forward stance, do a left reverse inside middle block. 

7- Pivot left 90 degrees into a right back walking forward stance, do a left low block, follow with a right front kick into an extended forward stance and do a right high punch. 

8- Turn right 180 degrees into a left back walking forward stance, do a right low block,follow with a left front kick into an extended forward stance, do a left high punch. 

9- Turn left 90 degrees into a right back walking forward stance, do a left high block. 

10- Step forward into a left back walking forward stance, do a right  high block. 

11- Turn left 270 degrees into a right back walking forward stance, do a right reverse inside middle block. 

12- Turn right 180 degrees into a left back walking forward stance, do a left reverse inside middle block. 

13- Turn left 90 degrees into a right back walking forward stance, do a left low block. 

14- Do a right front kick followed by a right high punch into an extended forward stance, do a left front kick followed by a left high punch into an extended forward stance, do a right front kick followed by a right high punch into an extended forward stance, kihap !

Junbi Form 

1- Turn left 90 degrees into a right back walking forward stance, do a left low block. 

2- Right front kick into an extended forward stance, follow with a right punch and a left reverse punch. 

3- Turn right 180 degrees into a left back walking forward stance, do a right low block. 

4- Left front kick into an extended forward stance, follow with a left punch and a right reverse punch. 

5- Turn left 90 degrees into a right back walking forward stance, do a right reverse knifehand strike. 

6- Step forward into left back walking forward stance, do a left reverse knifehand strike. 

7- Pivot left 90 degrees into a right back tiger stance, do a left outside knifehand block,slide your left foot forward into a right back extended forward stance, do a middle right reverse punch. 

8- Turn right 180 degrees into a left back tiger stance, do a right outside knifehand block,slide your right foot forward into a left back extended forward stance, do a middle leftreverse punch. 

9- Turn left 90 degrees into a right back walking forward stance, do a right reverse inside middle block. 

10- Step forward into a left back walking forward stance, do a left reverse inside middle block. 

11- Turn left 270 degrees into a right back walking forward stance, do a left low block,follow with a right front kick, a right middle punch and a left middle reverse punch. 

12- Turn right 180 degrees into a left back walking forward stance, do a right low block,follow with a left front kick, a left middle punch and a right middle reverse punch. 

13- Turn left 90 degrees into a right back walking forward stance, do a left low block followed by a right reverse punch. 

14- Step forward into a left back walking forward stance, do a right low block followed by a left reverse punch. 

15- Left front kick into a right back extended forward stance, do a left low block followed by a right reverse punch. 

16- Right front kick into a left back extended forward stance, do a right low block followed by a left reverse punch, kihap !

Junbi Form 

1-Turn left 90 degrees into a right back hugosay stance, do a left middle knifehand defense. 

2- Step forward into a left back extended forward stance, do a supported right knifehand thrust. 

3- Turn right 180 degrees into a left back hugosay stance, do a right middleknifehand defense. 

4- Step forward into a right back extended forward stance, do a supportedleft knifehand thrust. 

5- Turn left 90 degrees into a right back walking forward stance, do a left high knifehand block and a right  high knifehand strike to the neck area. 

6- Right front kick into an extended forward stance, left reverse punch. 

7- Left standing sidekick, right standing side kick into a left back hugosay stance and do a middle knifehand block. 

8- Turn left 270 degrees into a right back hugosay stance, do a left outside middle forearm block. 

9- Right front kick, step back into a right back hugosay stance, do a right inside middle block. 

10- Turn right 180 degrees into a left back hugosay stance, do a right outside middle forearm block. 

11- Left front kick, step back into a left back hugosay stance, do a left inside middle block. 

12- Pivot left into a right back walking forward stance, do a left high knifehand block and a right high knifehand strike to the neck area. 

13- Right front kick into a left back extended forward stance, right high backfist strike. 

14- Pivot left 90 degrees into a right back walking forward stance, do a leftinside middle block, right reverse high punch. 

15- Turn right 180 degrees into a left back walking forward stance, do a right inside middle block, left reverse high punch. 

16- Pivot left 90 degrees into a right back walking forward stance, do a left inside middle block, follow with right high reverse punch and a high left straight punch.  

17- Step into a left back walking forward stance, do a right inside middle block, follow with a left high reverse punch and a right high straight punchkihap !

Junbi Form 

1- Turn left 90 degrees into a right back extended forward stance, do a left low block. 

2- Wrist break away into an attention stance, do a left full circle hammer fist strike. 

3- Turn right 180 degrees into a left back extended forward stance, do a right low block. 

4- Wrist break away into an attention stance, do a right full circle hammer fist strike. 

5- Step forward with your left foot into a walking forward stance, do a left outside middle block followed by a right inside reverse middle block. 

6- Right  front kick into a left back walking forward stance, do a right outside middle block followed by a left inside middle block. 

7- Left front kick into a right back walking forward stance, do a left outside middle block followed by a right inside middle block. 

8- Step forward into a left back walking forward, do a right high backfist strike. 

9- Turn left 270 degrees into a right back hugosay stance, do a left single middle  knifehand block. 

10- Step into a left back extended forward stance, do a right supported elbow strike. 

11- Turn right 180 degrees into a left back hugosay stance, do a right single middle knifehand block. 

12- Step forward into a right back extended forward stance, do a left supported elbow strike. 

13- Turn left 90 degrees into a right back walking forward stance, do a left low block followed by a right reverse inside middle block. 

14- Right front kick into a left back  walking forward stance, do a right low block followed by a left inside middle block. 

15- Pivot left 90 degrees into a right back walking forward stance, do a left high block. 

16- Right standing side kick into a left back extended forward stance, followed by a right elbow target strike. 

17- Turn right 180 degrees into a left back walking forward stance, do a right high block. 

18- Left standing side kick into a right back extended forward stance, followed by a left elbow target. 

19- Turn left 90 degrees into a right back walking forward stance, do a left low block followed by a right inside middle block. 

20- Right front kick, followed by a jumping back fist landing in a left back  X stance, kihap !

Junbi Form 

1- Turn left 90 degrees into a right back walking forward stance, do a left low block. 

2- Right front kick, step back into a right back hugosay stance, do a left outside middle forearm block. 

3- Turn right 180 degrees into a left back walking forward stance, do a right low block. 

4- Left front kick, step back into a left back hugosay stance, do a right outside middle forearm block. 

5- Step left 45 degrees and do a right knifehand block 45 degrees to the right. 

6- Right arc kick to the center, put your kicking foot down beside your support foot. 

7- Step left 90 degrees into a right back walking forward stance, do a left outside middleforearm block followed by a right  reverse high punch. 

8- Right front kick into a left back extended forward stance followed by a left reverse punch. 

9- Turn right 180 degrees into a left back walking forward stance, do a right outside middle forearm block followed by a left reverse high punch. 

10- Left front kick into a right back extended forward stance followed by a right  reverse punch. 

11- Turn left 90 degrees into the attention stance, cross both fist in an X in front of your chest and do a slow isometric double low outside block with both arms. 

12- Step right 45 degrees and do a left knifehand block 45 degrees to the left. 

13-Left arc kick to the center, continue to turn your body to the right into a left back walking forward stance, do a right low block. 

14- Left front kick step back into a left back hugosay stance, do a right outside middle block. 

15- Turn left 180 degrees into right back walking forward stance, do a left low block. 

16- Right front kick step back into a right back hugosay stance and do a left outside middle block. 

17- Step 90 degrees to the right into a right back hugosay stance, do a left middle knifehand block. 

18- Step straight back into a left back hugosay stance, do a right middle knifehand block. 

19- Step back into a right back hugosay, do a left inside palm block followed by a right reverse punch. 

20- Step back into left back hugosay, do a right inside palm block followed by a left reverse punch. Kihap!

Junbi Form 

1- Turn left 90 degrees into a right back hugosay stance, do a right inside middle palm block. 

2- Right  front kick, step back into a right back hugosay stance, do a left inside middle block. 

3- Turn right 180 degrees into a left back hugosay stance, do a left inside middle palm block. 

4- Left front kick, step back into a left back hugosay stance, do a right inside middle block. 

5- Step  90 degrees forward into a right back hugosay stance, do a left low knifehand block. 

6- Step forward into a left back hugosay stance, do a right low knifehand block. 

7- Step 90 degrees left into a right back hugosay stance, do a right inside middle reverse supported palm block, followed by a right reverse supported backfist strike. 

8- Turn right 180 degrees into a left back hugosay stance, do a left inside middle reverse supported palm block, followed by a left reverse supported backfist strike. 

9- Turn left 90 degrees into an attention stance, do a slow isometric left palm over right fist covered punch. 

10- Step forward into an extended right back forward stance, do a double low and middle scissors block. 

11- Step forward into an extended left back forward stance, do a double low and middle scissors block. 

12- Turn left 270 degrees into a right back walking forward stance, do a double outside middle spreading block. 

13- Right knee strike into your open palms, kihap, step down into a left back X stance, do a double uppercut punch, step back into an extended left back forward stance, do a low X block. 

14-Turn right 180 degrees into a left back walking forward stance, do a double outside middle spreading block. 

15- Left knee strike into your open palms, kihap, step down into a right back X stance, do a double uppercut punch, step back into an extended right back forward stance, do a low X block. 

16- Turn left 90 degrees into a right back walking forward stance, do a left high back fiststrike. 

17- Right crescent target kick into a kimosay stance, do a right elbow target strike. 

18- Turn right 90 degrees into a left back walking forward stance, do a right high back fist strike. 

19- Left crescent target kick into a kimosay stance, do a left elbow target strike. 

20- Left middle knifehand block into a right high block. 

21- Step forward into a kimosay stance, do a right middle side punch. Kihap!

1- Step back into a right back on guard stance. 

2- Slide front foot forward into a right back extended forward stance, do a right reverse punch. 

3- Left skip front kick, into a right back extended forward  stance, do a left inside middle block, followed by a middle reverse punch and a middle straight punch. 

4- Step forward into a left back extended forward stance, do a middle single right straight punch. Kihap! 

5- Turn left 270 degrees into a right back hugosay stance, do a right high block and a left low block.

6- Slide front foot forward into a right back extended forward stance, do a right isometric uppercut punch. 

7- Turn right into a left back hugosay stance, do a left high block and a right low block. 

8- Slide front foot forward into a left back extended forward stance, do a left isometric uppercut punch. 

9- Step left 90 degrees into a right back hugosay stance, do a left outside middle knifehand block. 

10- Slide front foot forward into a right back extended forward stance,do a right middle reverse punch. 

11- Right front kick, step two steps back into a left back hugosay stance, do left reverse inside middle palm block. 

12- Turn left 90 degrees into a right back hugosay stance, do a left middle knifehand block followed by a left snap front kick, a right reverse middle punch and a left inside middle palm block. 

13- Turn right 180 degrees into a left back hugosay stance, do a right middle knifehand block followed by a right snap front kick, a left reverse  middle punch and a right inside middle palm block.  

14- Turn right 90 degrees into a left back hugosay stance, do a low closed fist block. 

15- Bring your hands up in front of your chest about 6 inches apart, do a left front kick followed by a right jump front kick, come down in a left back extended forward stance, do a right high backfist strike. Kihap! 

16- Turn left 270 degrees into a right back hugosay stance, do a left outside single middle  knifehand block, slide front foot forward into a right back extended forward stance followed by a right high elbow strike, a right backfist strike and a left straight punch. 

17- Turn right 180 degrees into a left back hugosay stance, do a right outside single middle knifehand block, slide front foot forward into a left back extended forward stance followed by a left high elbow strike, a left backfist strike and a right straight punch.
