PRINCIPLE – A.B.C. : (supports concepts making them more effective)

A = AIR - relax, breathe out during technique & motions

B = BALANCE - keep spine straight, don’t lean

balance by taking their balance & throwing or redirecting

B = BREAK - attacker’s balance M = MAKE - my balance T = TAKE - attacker’s balance

  1. TACKLE = hit w/ shoulder at hips, hook behind knees, lift to takedown
  2. TORNADO = grab attacker’s same side hand inverted grip, turn into redirection takedown
  3. FIREMAN’S THROW – from Same Side Wrist Grab – break away, slide in front to center trap hand at thumb, bring attacker’s arm over head to opposite shoulder, scoop w/ back of hand under leg to fireman throw
